  1. Have your working learner(s) watch the Ted Talk focused on career and self-development either on their own or in a team setting.
  2. Take time to discuss and reflect on what your working learner(s) learned from the Ted Talk.
  3. Set goals for improvement moving forward centered on career and self-development skills and based on what they learned.
  4. Check-in on the goals set and add supplementary Ted Talks and resources as you see fit.
