How to use this resource
- Have your working learner(s) watch the Ted Talk focused on communication either on their own or in a team setting.
- Take time to discuss and reflect on what your working learner(s) learned from the Ted Talk.
- Set goals for improvement moving forward centered on communication skills and based on what they learned.
- Check-in on the goals set and add supplementary Ted Talks and resources as you see fit.
