ASU’s Work+ office uses this slide deck to train new supervisors to utilize Work+ in their working learner’s experience.

How to use this resource

Open/download the slide deck. Keep in mind that this slide deck is customized for ASU and tailored to align with the current ASU Work+ experience. (Note: The current supervisor onboarding involves a 2-day virtual training, with participants meeting for 1 hour each day.)
Personalize the content to match the requirements of your institution. Modify the slides as needed to ensure they align with your institution's specific context and expectations.
After the training, schedule a follow-up with the supervisors about a week or two later. This is an opportunity to address any lingering concerns or answer questions that may have come up since the completion of the training.
