Check to see if your institution offers a subscription to LinkedIn Learning. As a reminder, this is a subscription based service.
Determine what skills you or your working learner needs to work on and find a corresponding training.
Take time to discuss and reflect on what you or your working learner(s) learned from the course.
Set goals for improvement moving forward centered on the skill focus and based on what they learned.
Check-in on the goals set and add supplementary LinkedIn Learning courses as you see fit.
