Tips for using this resource

If your working learners are having trouble identifying specific experiences that will grow their career competencies, this resource can give them some ideas to get started.
This can also be an excellent way for your institution or even specific supervisors to highlight particular campus opportunities or resources you know are helpful.
You will also note, this resource also encourages the working learner to do regular check-ins or discussions with their direct supervisor. Opening up the opportunity for dialogue between the working learner and supervisor, which is proven to be an invaluable aspect of the student employment experience.
